What is a buy-in? A buy in is just like a pre- order. You purchase items at a good deal and you wait up to 2 months to receive the product.
How does a buy- in work? You purchase items that are not in stock, they aren't even ordered yet. Once the buy- in closes, the order is placed. The vendor then has to manufacturer the items. Items are then shipped via a sea vessel from overseas (this is how we get such great prices, we pay for the slowest freight option)
What is a MOQ? MOQ means minimum order quantity. That means you have to order atleast the minimum quantity.
Can you place an order for buy in and ready to ship items? We suggest that you don't. If you add a ready to ship item to your buy in order, your ready to ship item won't ship until your buy in product come in.
How long to wait? Please understand that this is can be a long wait. If you're not patient I will suggest to not purchase buy- in items. Anticipate for all items to take 8 weeks to arrive from when the buy in closes. Because of the amount of inquiries we receive we will not be able to answer any messages on "where is my order" until 8 weeks have surpassed.
